Equipment
I am committed to bringing you the best workouts on the planet. Davis workouts. Super intense and full body. Most of my stuff uses bodyweight. That being said, there is some equipment you will need to get. This is the run down of things you will need
#1 Gymboss Interval timer:
Get this. It’s $20. You need it. This will allow you to time your intervals and your workouts properly. This is the #1 item you need to get. It is essential to your workouts! You can buy it here:

#2 Sandbag:
The sandbag is one of my favorites. It is versatile, effective, and will challenge your whole body. You will develop real functional strength from it and it will kick up the intensity. You can buy a sandbag system that will allow you to adjust the weight of the sandbag for about $50. I use the muscledriver sandbag system. It is well priced. You can buy it here: Get your Sandbag
Or you can make one using a military duffle bag and wood pellets for $20 or so.

#3 Jump Rope:
Get this! We use the jump rope a lot. It is cheap and travels easily.
#4 Pair of hex dumbbells:
Get a pair of hex dumbbells. Make sure they are hexagon shaped. They are generally 80 cents a pound. A good starting weight for females are 5,10, 0r 15lbs. Males generally start at 15,20, or 25 lbs. You can get dumbbells easily (walmart, sporting goods stores)
#5 Lebert Equalizer:
You will need an apparatus that will allow you to perform dips and pull your body to work your back. The Lebert does this and much more. You get a pair for $99. Your back is almost impossible to work without “pulling.” To neglect your back is to neglect a huge area of muscle that if developed, will increase your metabolism and make you look better. Your back makes up about half of your upper body. We will develop your back as well as your front! Don’t be cheap. Get the Lebert. You are worth it! You can buy it here:

#6 Slam ball:
This is just a non bouncing medicine ball you can slam. You definitely want it non bouncing so it doesn’t bounce back and hit your face! When I started, I used a home made version made out of a small basketball and filled with sand. But I discourage you from that because I found that it did damage to the floor (tile) and always needed repair. I recommend getting a muscledriver 10 lb slam ball. They are perfect for what we will use it for and it is cheaper that other brands. We will use it as a total body conditioner and to develop power. They cost about $35. Order a green 10 lb “slammer ball”. You can buy it here: Get your Slam ball
This is all the equipment you will need to get. Once you have it, you have a complete system. You can start without it, but plan on getting this equipment. You can get it all for about $200. Well worth the investment for having everything you need to perform the most intense workouts on the planet! You are worth it. Just get the equipment.
