Workout formats are mostly bodyweight! But in order to bring you the best workouts, you need a little equipment! Go to my equipment page! Get a timer, etc.

Gymboss Interval Timer: This will allow you to time your intervals and your workouts properly. It is essential to your workouts!

Lebert Equalizer: You will need an apparatus that will allow you to perform dips and pull your body to work your back.

Beginning the workouts

The workouts are tough and may take some getting used to. Tip: cut all the reps in half for the first week. Take rests as needed! You will get in better shape quick!
